## What “necessary X-rays” means

X-rays are not automatic for every new patient. The clinician decides whether imaging is appropriate after considering your history, examination, existing imaging, and the clinical question. If an X-ray is not necessary, it will not be taken simply because it appears in the offer.

### After the evaluation

The report of findings is a discussion of what the evaluation showed and the reasonable next steps. It does not promise that chiropractic care will be recommended, treatment will begin immediately, or a particular result will occur.
