- Start a conversation. Call or use the contact form to request an appointment. The ordinary website form is not a place to send emergency or highly sensitive medical information.
- Ask what information to bring. The clinic can tell you what history or records may be useful and how to provide anything requested. Do not send medical records through the ordinary contact form.
- Meet and be evaluated. The clinician reviews your concerns and performs an examination suited to your presentation. Imaging is considered only when clinically indicated; it is not automatic for every patient.
- Discuss the findings. You should have an opportunity to ask questions, understand the proposed options, and decide how you want to proceed. Evaluation does not guarantee that treatment will begin that day.
